What are we building?

Thirteen questions, and only these thirteen. Each one changes what gets built — the ones we cut were about capital, licensing and shareholding, which matter enormously but do not change a line of code.

Every question has a default, and the defaults are a complete, workable answer. If you leave the whole page untouched and close the tab, we have enough to start building this afternoon. You only need to touch the ones where our default is wrong.

“Don't know” is a real answer. Five of these depend on decisions that are not made yet — a banking partner, a legal opinion, a licence. Marking one unknown tells us to build so the answer can change later, which is different from building for the default and finding out we were wrong. That is more useful to us than a guess.
